Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PsychologyPrep ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Description of Service
PsychologyPrep provides online preparation for psychology entrance exams, including study materials, quizzes, live sessions, notes, and subscription-based access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where feasible.

Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

Payment Terms and Gateway
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed through our secure payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to the following:
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Currency and tax may apply as per your location.
- You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan or product.
- Payments are processed via a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers.
- Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved. Chargebacks may lead to account termination and recovery action.
- Subscription renewals may be automatic unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will remind you before charging.

Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and accept that policy. Cancellation of a subscription stops future charges, and to be eligible for a refund for the current period you must cancel (and request the refund) within 1 day of purchase.

Acceptable Use
You may not use the Platform to violate any law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, scrape or automate access without permission, share account credentials, or resell or redistribute our content commercially without written consent.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (text, graphics, logos, software, and design) is owned by PsychologyPrep or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial preparation only.

Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee exam results, uninterrupted access, or that content is error-free. Preparation outcomes depend on your effort and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PsychologyPrep and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform or payment processing.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
