1
Introduction
PsychologyPrep ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services, including when you make payments through our integrated payment gateway.
2
Information We Collect
We may collect: (a) account and profile information (name, email, phone, institution); (b) usage data (pages visited, features used, device and browser information); (c) communication records (support queries, feedback); and (d) payment-related information as described in the Payment Information section below.
3
Payment Information and Payment Gateway

When you subscribe or make a purchase:

  • Payments are processed by a third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or full UPI credentials on our servers.
  • We may receive and store limited payment-related data from the gateway, such as transaction ID, last four digits of card (if applicable), payment method type, amount, date, and status, for order fulfillment, refunds, and fraud prevention.
  • Your billing name, email, and billing address (if provided) may be stored to support receipts, refunds, and customer support.
  • The payment gateway may collect and process data according to its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the gateway's policy when you are redirected to their payment page.
  • We do not sell your payment information. We use it only for processing payments, resolving disputes, and as required by law or our Terms.
4
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide and improve our services; process transactions and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (e.g., confirmations, receipts, password reset); respond to support requests; prevent fraud and abuse; send marketing (where you have opted in); and comply with legal obligations.
5
Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with: (a) our payment gateway and service providers necessary to process payments and operate the platform; (b) analytics providers (in anonymized or aggregated form where possible); (c) legal or regulatory authorities when required; and (d) in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition, with appropriate confidentiality and use restrictions.
6
Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure storage. Payment card data is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7
Data Retention
We retain account and transaction data as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, or dispute resolution purposes. Payment-related records may be retained as required by applicable law and our payment gateway agreements.
8
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights or for any privacy-related query, contact us via our Contact page. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
